Egencia is recruiting a Demand Marketing Manager

You will have responsibility for planning and executing pipeline-driving, innovative virtual events around the globe! Partner with the local sales team members to generate revenue and build brand awareness. Responsibilities will include both strategy and execution.

You will be part of the dynamic, global performance marketing team responsible for driving pipeline through creative and innovative campaigns! This role will report into the Senior Manager of Demand Marketing. 

WHO YOU (CANDIDATE) ARE: 

We are looking for a forward-thinking and creative person with prior event marketing experience who is adaptable, dedicated, and comfortable working in an agile environment with a global presence. Lead and prioritize multiple campaigns with attention to detail to deliver real results.

You are an upbeat communicator and have excellent skills in both verbal and written communication, capable of working independently and able to operate in a cross-functional environment. 

  • End-to-end B2B event management and/or project management

  • 3+ years in performance marketing with shown success in setting and executing strategy and feel comfortable running marketing budgets/resources

  • Strong sales process knowledge, understands how sales teams consume marketing leads, drive pipeline development and measure sales success

  • Metrics oriented manager with the ability to pull marketing and sales reports from Salesforce and Marketo, analyze data and report results

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems and solid understanding and experience of Marketo, Outreach and ZoomInfo preferred

  • Degree in marketing and experience marketing for B2B technology companies, travel industry and/or SaaS experience a plus

WHAT YOU WILL DO/ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY: 

Your Key Areas Of Responsibility

  • Create and deliver incredible virtual events to delight attendees, as well as build and influence pipeline

  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance against forecasts, uncover opportunities and assess effectiveness of programs

  • Gather and share market insights and trends to advise our go-to-market strategy

  • Pull lists of prospects and build email sequences for sales development representatives to promote upcoming events and accelerate lead conversion

  • Work closely with the demand marketing and sales team on executing account based marketing strategy and tactics 

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with sales and account management, as well as local industry partners
