Technical Product Manager

Expedia Group’s People Technology Team develops, maintains, and manages the systems and tools people use throughout their employee journey with Expedia Group. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to lead some of our most critical and highly visible people technology products.
What you’ll do:
You will serve as a technical subject matter expert for our systems and engage with our stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions
You will contribute to the product roadmap and evangelize our product vision with stakeholders
You will communicate progress and align dependencies to minimize impact on project schedules
Drive implementation, collaborating with central and cross functional engineering teams
You will lead agile ceremonies without supervision and manage a technical team’s progress against goals
Execute efficiently in a fast-paced fluid environment where change is constant, and creativity is encouraged
You will develop and maintain accurate documentation
Who you are:
You have experience in Project Management, Product Management, Delivery Management, and Stakeholder management
Prior experience in HR, specifically in Total Rewards or Payroll, preferred
You have experience building clear, concise and well-structured delivery plan and communicating progress to different audiences as appropriate
You identify, prioritize, and solve problems with a data driven approach
You proactively contribute to cross team collaboration ensuring the best available information is included in analysis and shares findings with peers and leaders
You exhibit knowledge of the organization's processes, objectives, and challenges and their impact on the business
You demonstrate an understanding of functional technical information (e.g. user flows, technical system design and workflows)
You communicate and resolve conflicts in a positive constructive manner with energy and conviction
You have a passion to make things better at every opportunity
You demonstrate strong presentation and persuasion skills
You are excited to work on a global team and willing to accommodate flexible hours
You have a get things done attitude
