Senior B2B Product Marketing Manager

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll become an authority on our market and customers, the competitive landscape, and, most importantly, our product value. You'll collaborate across our product and leadership teams to craft and execute go-to-market strategies and plans that drive growth and adoption.  You are curious, a creative thinker, collaborator and a problem solver. In this high-impact role you will help to drive significant prospect and customer awareness of the Egencia portfolio, and sales growth and customer adoption globally.

This role can be based in either London or Chicago.

What you'll do:

  • Establish and own the go-to-market strategy and releases for several product areas, working with stakeholders to execute on go-to-market plans.

  • Build product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with customers and the market, tell a story, and differentiates us in the market.

  • You will use industry, market and competitive intelligence to inform go to market and attach campaigns globally and locally.

  • Champion customer voice in roadmap decisions.

  • Be hands-on, delivering both strategic and executional work.

  • You will create and maintain a sales enablement bill of materials, building a growing set of marketing tools and content to support demand generation, client lifecycle marketing, and sales and account development.

  • You will evolve and optimize your approach and execution based on results as well as stakeholder inputs.

  • 5 years of product marketing experience in a B2B organization, enterprise software or SaaS/Cloud.

  • Product Marketing Alliance or equivalent certified.

  • Ready to share and implement proven practices on day one.

    Commercial mindset, ability to work alongside sales team and communicating results

  • Ability to build value propositions and messaging strategies

  • Ability to navigate global organization across multiple functions

  • Able to capably handle numerous, complex decisions simultaneously, across multiple teams, time zones and cultures

  • Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills

  • Data and insight are a key component to how you analyze problems and structure your decision-making.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners

  • A commitment to always improve, both in processes and quality of program execution is second nature to you.
