Product Manager: Server-side Tagging

Server-side tagging is the connection between Expedia and some of our most important strategic partners. We are looking for a Product Manager with expertise in tagging solutions and server-side and customized integrations that support them. Are you the kind of person who has both the skills and the curiosity to work through the intricacies of server-side tagging? If so, Expedia may be the right place for you!

What you'll do

In this role you will drive the implementation and maintenance of our server-side tagging integrations, as well as taking a leading role in the implementation of customized server-based solutions across multiple Expedia brands and lines of business.

As we evolve this platform we need you to:

  • Work across retail, product, operations, and technology to define and deliver robust and scalable solution.
  • Actively establish relationships horizontally and vertically and make transparent decisions that balance a diverse set of occasionally conflicting requirements

What you bring

  • Previous experience in Product or Program Management.
  • Proficiency with a leading tag management platform (such as Tealium, TagCommander, or Ensighten).
  • Experience working directly with partners and development teams to deliver customized solutions.

A successful candidate will also bring most of the following:

  • Experience with third-party web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics, and/or Google Analytics (from metric definitions to technical implementation).
  • Experience with Analytics Platforms preferred (R Studio, Qubole etc.).
  • Experience working with and manipulating data (SQL skills desirable).
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of Regular Expression logic & syntax.
