Product Manager: Client-side Tagging
Client-side tagging is the backbone of Expedia's data integrations with key partners. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with expertise in working with industry-standard tagging solutions to support website and application-based advertising. In this role you will drive the implementation and maintenance of our client-side tagging platforms as we standardize our processes across multiple Expedia brands and lines of business
Partner with a global set of users to identify standard methodologies, then work across retail, product, operations, and technology to operationalize a robust and scalable end-to-end solution
Actively establish relationships horizontally and vertically and make transparent decisions that balance a diverse set of occasionally conflicting requirements
Communicate and set expectations clearly with a diverse range and geo dispersed partners
Self-starter who can identify new opportunities, develop strategies to drive growth, and push projects forward
Comfortable being the 'face of the product'
Able to see the big picture, while also handling the details
The right candidate will have a passion for crafting and evangelizing efficient, repeatable processes
Previous experience in Product or Program Management
Proficiency with a leading tag management platform (such as Tealium, TagCommander, or Ensighten)
Experience with third-party web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics, and/or Google Analytics (from metric definitions to technical implementation)
Experience with Analytics Platforms preferred (R Studio, Qubole etc.)
Experience working with and manipulating data (SQL skills desirable)
Basic knowledge of Regular Expression logic & syntax, (or willingness to learn)
