Do you naturally lead cross-group teams to gain alignment, simplify processes, and drive efficiency to exceed an outcome? Egencia is looking for a high-caliber Director to join our product leadership team. The Product Operations role is the key to Egencia’s product success. 90% of strategy is in execution and this role will be responsible for the successful translation of Egencia’s product strategy into operational action.

This director will be working with the Analytics team to translate our strategic goals into measurable OKRs that the teams will instrument, ensuring they are drawing appropriate takeaways from the results and that they are shared across the organization. To lead the product teams to a clear roadmap and readout process that engages all parts of the organization. The director will be responsible for ensuring that we have the industry’s strongest Product team by handling our recruiting and hiring process, setting tools and process standards across teams and ensuring that the Product organization are continually improving their craft by stewarding the learning and development milestones for all of the teams. The director will coordinate between Product Management and Product Marketing to make sure that we develop and run a Beta program. Finally, this role will ensure that we are achieving our mission of being an Open platform by managing our developer relations.

What You’ll do:

  • Work across Product, Product Marketing, Design and Technology functions to ensure alignment and efficiency

  • Plan and execute Product planning processes, working with partners across the organization to capture priorities from the entire business

  • Set up and maintain portfolio and program management tools and partner with technology teams on capitalization processes

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross company intake planning, drive and operationalize Product Reviews and Product Planning forums

  • Work across the Product Leadership team, and help lead the organization through change, evolution, and growth

  • Drive organizational staffing, hiring, and capacity planning; organizing and motivating teams to deliver against our objectives and key results, and driving decision making

  • Drive coordination across product teams to consolidate sour product roadmap

  • Lead our technology partnerships as well as fostering developer relationships and ecosystem

  • Provide project management for product-related projects (lead meetings, manage project plans/critical path achievements, resolve/escalate issues and risks, report progress, drive project execution)

  • Launch and lead a formal beta program for our customers

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management or related experience in a forward-thinking, fast paced team environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on partnership

  • Experience driving strategic initiatives while engaging and collaborating with multi-discipline teams and leaders

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including concise verbal and written executive-level communications

  • For clarity, this is not a technical, software development PM position; this is a business change and program management role that requires product/technology partnership
