This role increases business efficiency by providing high-quality Knowledge content experiences for an array of functions within Expedia Group!
What you’ll do:
Combine business and user needs to create an experience that benefits both the user and the organization
Develop content design recommendations based on user personas
Work with a team of writers and program managers to implement scalable self-service solutions
Use analytics and data resources to improve content and examine the success of our current content
Advocate not only for the user but also for the user-centric content practices and Design Thinking methodology
Work within and refine a content strategy framework that provides a consistency in voice, tone, and content design across all of our Knowledge management systems
Who you are:
Experience as a content strategist, content designer or user researcher
Experience with user research methods such as contextual interviews, card-sorting, surveys, persona creation, task analysis and usability testing
An advocate for user experience who displays a sense of empathy for the people who use our content
Showcase an understanding of content strategy fundamentals
Use quantitative and qualitative data to make content design decisions
Understand the importance of Design Thinking and can explain it to our partners
Can communicate content decisions and strategy to partners new to the subject area
