Sales Program Manager - Sales Tools

Egencia is looking for a motivated Sales Program Manager - Sales Tools for its Global Commercial and Customer Success organization. You will partner with Commercial and Customer Success leaders to help their teams achieving commercial performance in line with Egencia's objectives. This is a highly collaborative role with regular interactions with leadership teams!

You will be in charge of leading our Sales Engagement Platform (i.e. making sure our Sales teams make the best out of our tools) and optimizing our sales process. Your objectives will be heavily linked to the Global Sales organization goals contributing to the achievement of our Sales Plan. You will be part of the Commercial and Customer Success Excellence organization reporting to the head of Commercial Performance Programs and Sales Operations. Our Sales Operations team is a small one which will give you a lot of liberty to build your own role within our organization.

The role can be based in Chicago, London or Amsterdam!

What you'll do:

  • Drive Performance through platform and make sure we get the best out of our Sales tools by:
  • Leading sales activities dynamics
  • Owning relationship with vendors to implement methodologies and supervise return on investment.
  • Actively watching out for outstanding sales tools that could be added to our existing ones
  • Handling projects to build efficient sales processes and find opportunities to help scale the business. This includes working with sales and other teams to build or improve workflows, implement new tools, and drive sales and operational productivity.
  • Partner with the Commercial Leadership and Performance team to supervise Sales Performance and drive critical metrics improvements (Conversion, velocity, Signatures, profitability)
  • Use a data approach to provide pipeline and win/loss insights
  • Provide creative ideas to generate more leads
  • Partner with Marketing team to optimize efficiency through the funnel
  • Work with other teams to prioritize new feature requests based on their impact to the business

Who you are:

  • Confirmed experience with Sales Engagement Platforms (SEP) as Outreach, SalesLoft, Sales Navigator and other sales tools is a must
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales program management or related
  • MBA or Master degree is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com system, application data model, and data management standard methodologies.
  • Experience in a global role and work efficiently with people all over the world
  • Strong understanding of business economics, excellent analytical skills and understand root causes
  • Outstanding ability to work, interact and influence across all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent communicator, curious and creative person
