We are looking for a Commercial Performance Manager for its Global Commercial and Customer Success organization. Your mission will be to partner with Commercial and Customer Success leaders to help their teams achieving commercial performance in line with Egencia's objectives. This is a highly collaborative role with regular interactions with leadership teams.

You will be in charge of structuring our performance management approach from defining the right performance metrics to building and implementing efficient Commercial Programs that successfully optimize teams’ abilities to deliver results.

What you'll do:

  • Define and prioritize key performance metrics in partnership with VP’s
  • Partner with the Commercial teams to set performance goals, drive improvement across core metrics and report on results (e.g. Sales win-rate, client retention, risk, NPS, etc…)
  • Provide clear insights on Commercial performance drivers and recommendations on actions to take
  • Establish and drive select initiatives to improve performance on core metrics
  • Establish and run the appropriate forums with the Commercial teams to secure their engagement and drive improved results as well as cross-functional forums to share insights on drivers of key metrics and secure actions plans to drive improvements (e.g. NPS, win-loss, risk & retention)
  • Partner with other teams to understand and support performance initiatives e.g. Finance, Analytics, Sales Ops, other team members in Commercial Enablement

Who you are:

  • Validated experience on Sales or Account Management organization and/or operational excellence
  • Experience in a global role working efficiently with people all over the world
  • You have excellent analytical skills and ability to understand root causes as well as strong understanding of business economics
  • You have an outstanding ability to work, interact and influence across all levels within the organization.
  • You are curious, creative and an excellent communicator
