What you’ll do:
Lead the analytics vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Partner Marketing, Partner Loyalty, and Industry Relations, ensuring scalability & flexibility
Expertly collaborate with leadership providing insights to fuel strategy, decisions, and growth
Proactively synthesize, project manage and deliver analysis, models and tooling
Identify and deploy valid analytical approaches, using advanced and sophisticated understanding of the business problem space to inform the design of the solution
Advocate, implement, and adopt an optimization and experimentation frameworks
Inspire, lead and mentor a diverse analytics team
Up level and champion a culture of groundbreaking analytics while growing and strengthening leadership skills
Partner with data engineering teams to build and optimize the foundational data architecture that will underpin your analytics framework
Who you are:
Hands on experience and aptitude to go deep when needed into technical aspects like machine learning and statistical modeling
Strong record of success testing and implementing media and marketing mix models, attribution logic, and A/B testing at scale
Strong people leader with 4+ years of experience leading and empowering analytics teams
Exceptional communication skills; explains complex concepts in a compelling way
Embrace creativity and have delivered innovative analytics solutions through collaborative partnerships across the organization
Bring expertise of SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions) with statistical packages, such as Matlab, R, SAS or Python
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related technical degree is preferred or equivalent related professional experience; otherwise, 6-10 years of relevant experience is applicable
