As a Program Manager you are responsible for coordinating across multiple teams to ensure delivery of partner initiatives for the Enterprise Solutions (EPS) group. This role requires you to understand all facets of the EPS business as well as teams and processes within EG in order to execute strategy across a variety of functional areas.
Develop an in-depth understanding of EPS products, business models and procedures
Work cross-functionally and influence teams to drive accountability for project deliverables, on time and on budget
Lead communications on project status across teams
Support relationships with internal partners
Help technical and operational teams tackle problems and find resolution
Ensure consistent and efficient execution of all functions across Shared Services by working closely with internal and external partners to drive adoption and implementation of processes and programs
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, MBA preferred
5+ years of relevant work experience in the technology or internet sector
Validated knowledge of travel industry preferred and previous experience with travel technology products and operations
Excellent analytical skills and technical acumen
Detail oriented, with the ability to look more broadly and strategically across multiple businesses
Bias for results and decision-making vital to address bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and encourage behavior to improve business benefit
Proven ability to navigate a complex yet dynamic organization with teams with dynamic strengths in various locations.
Ability to balance multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability
Strong critical thinking skills
Outstanding communication skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and written communication
Effective listening and consultative skills
Experience seeing projects through full lifecycle
Proven ability to complete projects according to scope, budget and timeline
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, including JIRA, MS Project and Trello
Familiarity with SDLC and agile delivery methodologies, required, Scrum Master certification a plus
