Account Representative - Expedia Partner Solutions within Expedia Group
As an Account Representative for Expedia Partner Solutions (EPS) you will be positioned within a new, high visibility division, responsible for growing revenues through partner initiatives.
You will have revenue and management responsibility for a portfolio of mid-tier EPS partnerships within the Nordics, Benelux and the DACH market, whilst encouraging new opportunities through currently unmanaged partners.

Expedia® Partner Solutions (EPS) is a global B2B partnership brand within Expedia Group. EPS powers the business of leading airlines, top consumer brands, travel agencies and thousands of other partners through its versatile API, online template solutions and powerful agent tools.
What you’ll do:
Define and implement business strategies to optimize each partner relationship on a local, regional or global basis to help position EPS as the partner of choice
Work collaboratively with partners to uncover opportunities and drive new business to both EPS and partner
Understand partner's commercial processes and decision making to build mutual engagement and prioritization
Build strong long term strategic commercial relationships, formalized in enduring contractual agreements
Conduct Quarterly Business Review with Partner to evaluate relationship, progress on projects and where there is room for improvement
Accurately diagnose known and unknown partner business needs and translate needs into optimization opportunities through up selling of product, services and sales optimization
Bring partner teams in line with your business goals, from commercial, technical to operations, helping to prioritize EPS efforts over other suppliers
Build strong internal relationships with technology, customer operations, finance, sales support, analytics, and legal teams
Coordinate the launch and ongoing day-to-day performance of the EPS Partnerships and work across other functions
Develop a strong understanding of the EPS API to promote integration best practice and partner opportunities for marketing and promotional activities
Who you are:
Highly fluent in English; any Nordic language is a plus
Confirmed experience in sales/account management in a B2B environment: airline, technology, travel or marketing agency background
You have strong negotiation and commercial skills as well as outstanding partner focus
Strong analytical, numerical and problems solving skills with ability to learn quickly
You communicate effectively and form strong business relationships remotely; including fundamental presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and to appropriately influence others
Experience working with XML and API solutions as well as understanding online advertising is a bonus
Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment
