Egencia is one of the leading corporate travel management companies in the world and part of the Expedia, Inc. family of brands. We are looking for a product management leader to lead multiple products in our global platform that transacts more than $5 Billion in gross bookings per year.
The Director of Product Management for Data, Reporting and Analytics will lead to ensure that Egencia continues to provide the most value in the market through the power of data. You will bring innovation, a strategic perspective, a passionate voice, and an ability to prioritize and execute on a fast paced set of product priorities, competitive pressures, and market opportunities.
Own the global strategy for your products through a deep understanding of our customer and internal needs in the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
Set the product direction for a fast-paced agile team, working closely with the team to ensure successful launch of new products.
Understand our competitors’ strategies and product features. Apply your knowledge to develop differentiated product plans and win prospects in our sales pipeline.
Lead cross-company initiatives and product strategies to grow our business and margins, including using ‘test and learn’ approaches and applying expertise at other Expedia brands.
Work closely with global marketing leaders to fully integrate your product initiatives within our marketing strategy, including our products, services, and marketing communications.
You have B2B SaaS experience
Passion for travel and have lots of ideas about how to redefine the business travel experience.
Enthusiasm and strong leadership skills and equip to influence across the organization. Ability to push back or challenge partners in the organization while maintaining excellent relationships.
Articulate a vision all the way to the top and improvise and communicate ideas/positions on an ad hoc basis.
Ability to lead and empower teams.
Bachelor’s degree required, an MBA a plus and 8+ years’ product management experience; Previous experience running data, analytics or ML product teams.
