Senior Product Manager, Incentives Program

If so, the Incentives team wants you to help fulfill our vision to provide the best offering(s) for any given customer, at any given time, across all customer touchpoints! We aim to provide personalized inspiration, inventory and value to travelers in order to increase engagement and drive repeat business.
Our team plays a critical role in the following spaces, all of which you will work with:
Evolving our already world-class loyalty programs for brands like Expedia and Orbitz, with a focus on the customer experience
Enhancing the tools used by our merchandisers to curate the most relevant inventory and deals for our users, as well as improving how we display this information to shoppers
Building our Incentives platform to deliver the right offer to each customer across their entire shopping journey
You will lead with a vision and build a strategy to meet that vision. You will build trust amongst the team and with internal partners to execute on your strategy. You will balance multiple competing priorities and maintain a superb level of attention to detail, always keeping the traveler in mind!
What you’ll do:
See the future – you will be given independence in building a vision and strategy for the Incentives products that follows our platform strategy and creates outstanding value for our customers
Evangelize your vision - communicate strategy, plan, tradeoffs, and progress regularly
Act as an ambassador - resolve dependencies critical to success by working with your peers in Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, and other Platform teams across Expedia Group
Coach your team members - as a Senior PM, you’ll guide the more junior product team members working alongside you
Make it happen - you’ll work in a fast-paced agile environment with engineering, data, research, marketing and design to conceptualize, implement and bring your work to market
Achieve results - define appropriate metrics to measure how successfully we're meeting each objective and set clear targets to constantly strive for improvement
Who you are:
A strong product or program management background that includes experience in building a strategy
Practice translating business strategy into a detailed product roadmap, with a measurable, long-term positive impact on business performance
Strong customer awareness with excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
An ability to define the right metrics, working with engineers and data scientists and keeping teams motivated and accountable to meet targets
Are at ease with evaluating and making recommendations across competing and equally critical business needs
Passionate and strong leadership experience with the ability to influence or challenge partners in the organization while maintaining great relationships
Experience delivering technology products and measuring outcomes in a growth environment where priorities shift fast
A strong eye for detail, with a natural aim to dig deep to thoroughly understand an issue before recommending a solution
Experience in AI/ML/Data solutions
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred; or Equivalent related professional experience
