That’s why the Global Communications & Corporate Brand team is looking for an outstanding individual for the role of Communications Manager, dedicated to the Expedia Business Services (EBS) division.
It is a role that is pivotal to building campaigns that positively impact employee knowledge, sentiment, and behaviour, and to driving adoption of our company mission, purpose and values. As a key architect of our global people narrative, you will collaborate closely with EBS leadership and colleagues across the organization to build plans, craft content and measure impact in terms of how connected EBS employees feel to Expedia Group. In essence, we are looking for a critical thinker with excellent writing skills, outstanding planning skills, and polished relationship-building skills.

What you’ll do:
Create, develop, and implement a meaningful global employee-facing communications strategy that meets our strategic objectives
Operationalize communications functions by building a programmatic framework that includes content calendars, content guidelines, channel strategy (intranet, social channels, company emails, town halls etc)
Collaborate and provide counsel to senior leadership across EBS division
Coordinate with communication teams across Expedia Group including external communications as well as employee communications
Work across functions to drive campaign performance measurement, analytics and insights to understand the impact on brand equity and business results
Who you are:
Exceptional writing, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to foster positive relationships with people in different parts of the company and at different levels to represent EBS
Proven experience in advising senior leadership on messaging, content and delivery
Dedicated to bringing people on along the journey through collaboration, clarity and positivity
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, working on multiple overlapping projects to a tight timeframe
Outstanding project management and organisational skills, particularly with in highly matrixed organisation
Extensive experience of Employee/ Internal Communications experience in a corporate or agency environment - travel and/or tech proven experience helpful but not required
Exceptional writing, communications, and interpersonal skills
Excellent project management skills
Ability to synthesise data into insights and recommendations
Ambitious, creative, responsible, high-energy, eager to work with other teams and independently
