Finance Manager, eCommerce
Expedia Group’s eCommerce Platform is the core engine powering $100+ billion in transactions across the company’s travel ecosystem. We are seeking a Finance Manager to provide support to the Global Payments division. This role collaborates across all levels of the organization and will partner with the business to drive commercial discussions forward. You will operate as part of a globally distributed team that thrives in a fast-pasted environment.
This key role will provide financial planning and analysis support to drive insights, enable business decisions, provide oversight of financial performance measurements, help improve financial literacy across business teams, and drive overall shareholder value. What you’ll do:
Serve as the key business partner supporting Global Payments management and other internal partners with financial insight, operational support, and analysis
Develop a shared understanding of business performance drivers and key operational metrics, ability to consume multiple data sources and identify interdependencies
Develop and lead monthly business reviews covering financial and non-financial metrics, including performance against stated objectives
Develop business cases, post-mortem evaluations, and identifying process gaps, exhibiting a drive for improvement
Collaborate with members of other functional teams within the company, including: Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, Product Development, Portfolio Planning, and P&L owners to evaluate cross-business projects
Lead the annual planning, long-term planning, and quarterly forecasting process for Global Payments
Participate in the development of a planning and review cycles, including defining evaluation and presentation tools, processes, and reporting
Influence decision-making to ensure business partners meet financial objectives

Proven proactive and outcome driven approach towards business problems and process improvements
Ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to diverse partners

Ability to run projects and processes independently
Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Oracle and Hyperion a plus
Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in an analytical role with emphasis on financial analysis
