Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A- Americas

Senior Finance Analyst

We are looking for a strategic minded, commercial finance analyst to partner with the Account Management organisation, part of the Travel Partners Group (TPG). With full visibility of revenue performance across EG brands, the role is a hybrid of commercial finance and core FP&A, providing key insights to support commercial decision making as well as having ownership for forward-looking projections and business performance measurement.

Who you’ll do:

  • Develop robust financial models and business cases to support commercial decisions such as supplier contracting and new partner acquisition to drive growth and maximize ROI.

  • Prepare monthly management reports, analyzing trends on financial and non-financial metrics to appraise performance and help the business achieve strategic and financial goals.

  • Support the forecast and outlook process, projecting key lodging metrics; room nights, hotel rates and margins for the AMER/LATAM regions and Points of Sale.

  • Identify and communicate business risks and opportunities.

  • Provide ad hoc support on other initiatives such as Third-Party Inventory and Activities.

  • Drive simplification and automation through developing solutions that enhance both finance and business processes.

  • Well organized and efficient with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently within demanding deadlines.

  • Familiarity with SQL and Hyperion is desired.

  • Hold a Bachelors degree; or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years experience in a similar finance or analytical role.
