Product Benchmarking Manager
The Manager, Product Analysts will take a meaningful role of leading the Product Analysts pod within Competitive Analysis team, with the objective of helping our product teams in building customer-centric products
The Competitive Analysis team is part of Expedia Group’s Platform and Marketplaces organization. Our team prepares competitive landscape for all EG Brands, across all platforms.
We partner with other teams – Research & Analytics, to map customer engagement data with our findings. Post our comprehensive analysis, we sync-up with Product and Strategy leaders, to discuss the opportunities and threats.
The selected candidate will lead a team of Product Analysts, and will collaboratively work across Expedia Group to discuss the insights uncovered during competitive research

What you'' do:
Lead the team of Product Analysts who are working on multi-LoB competitive analysis
Optimize the processes to help better dissipation of the team’s insights
Gather, analyze and distribute intelligence on products, competitors and customer behaviors across different platforms
Work across cross-functional Product, Analytics and Strategy teams to help determine product vision, strategy and roadmap of capabilities
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required. MBA from a top-tier program preferred
5+ years with product, consulting, or technology experience in a corporate environment required
Knowledge and passion for Travel and e-Commerce
Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally.
Excellent quantitative, analytical and thinking skills
Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
