Senior Manager, Product Management – Loyalty & Drive Direct

Our Loyalty and Drive Direct team within Product Management is responsible for creating a personalised experience that rewards customer loyalty and gives our customers compelling reasons to book with us. Hotels.com’s loyalty program, Hotels.com Rewards, is a key USP for our business. With over 50 million members, generating almost 70% of the company’s revenue, it is a critical part of our growth strategy.

The Senior Manager, Product Management will play a central role in defining and executing on the roadmap for the Loyalty and Drive Direct team.

What you’ll do:

  • You will identify and develop new solutions (new technologies, applications, process change, etc.) to continually improve customer experience, efficiency and/or technology performance.
  • You will lead cross-functional delivery teams and ensure the successful execution and adoption of new ideas or approaches.
  • You will work with numerous stakeholders to holistically define a complex problem space, desired customer and business outcomes and effective solutions.
  • You will support the team to establish working relationships with stakeholders and build rapport to become a trusted advisor
  • You will anticipate and recognize bottlenecks in work processes between teams and makes suggestions for ongoing improvement, development of individual team members, and long-term success of the business.
  • You will evaluate team goals and initiatives to identify staffing and skills needed to deliver on them; build pipeline to support these needs. You will also identify and surface gaps in cross-functional support needed to accomplish goals.
  • You will serve as a guide to your team by sharing and helping other product managers in their duties to connect product strategy with delivery and build product expertise
  • You will create an environment for team effectiveness, where strengths are known and built upon and learning is shared to build capacity.
  • You will prioritize team morale and productivity, celebrating team accomplishments.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree, or equivalent related professional experience
  • Strong leadership experience in Product Management or in an eCommerce company, including solid experience in developing talent and building effective teams
