Product Manager-Performance Ads

As the Product Manager for Performance Ads, you will own our industry leading performance marketing product. This role is responsible for all aspects of product management for performance advertising – evaluating market needs, product ideation and development, product roadmap, reporting, developing infrastructure that scales, and positioning and go-to-market strategy. This Product Manager will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Operations and other teams. She or he will thrive as a leader within cross-functional teams, exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills, and have a history of driving product strategy and managing complex, fast-paced projects.

What you’ll do

  • Balance advertiser requirements and consumer experience to build best-in-class ecommerce travel advertising products
  • Build a roadmap that ensures the performance ads marketplace delivers value for our partners
  • Manage multiple products and solutions from concept to adoption without losing sight of the big picture
  • Be self-directed and able to move forward in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Define requirements and collaborate with development to define, implement, deploy, A/B test, measure and refine new features
  • Be a tireless advocate for Media Solutions interests and values in every interaction throughout the organization

Who you are

  • 3+ years of meaningful work experience in digital marketing, online advertising, and/or product development
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong eye for detail, with a natural tendency to dig deep and thoroughly understand an issue before recommending a solution
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use numbers and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes; experience with financial modeling and statistics is an advantage
  • Past success working across all levels and functions with multiple internal teams and external partners that required clear communication, evangelism and compromise
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • You show a high level of initiative to overcome obstacles and drive towards action
  • Understanding of paid search / CPC advertising is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
