Manager, IT Compliance & Consulting
As a key member of the Controllership team for Platform & Marketplaces (P&M), the IT Compliance & Consulting Manager will work across broad and diverse teams to identify risks in new and existing enterprise initiatives and then collaborate and consult on efficient and effective solutions.
You will partner with leaders to understand both their business and technology and use a critical eye to proactively identify areas needing evaluation and improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong business insight with excellent interpersonal skills and is able to thrive in a dynamic and complex technical environment. Experience in consulting, auditing or technical program management is preferred.
What you'll do:
Understand key business areas with both breadth and depth to be an effective partner to identify areas of risk – internal, external, regulatory, and business
Lead project consultations to proactively assess risk while advising on remediation approaches
Collaborate with businesses to successfully establish controls, mitigate identified risks, and/or close open audit findings
Coordinate control environment improvement efforts by driving control implementation, tracking status, and communicating to leadership
Drive compliance excellence while identifying ways to add tangible value and process improvements
Who you are:
Experience partnering and influencing across diverse functional teams
Detail-oriented, yet able to look at a wide array of business and technical choices to identify what truly matters; problem-solving skills a must
Proven ability to communicate across various teams and levels
Self-motivated with a strong professional curiosity and desire to learn
Ability to understand technical functions and translate those to business impacts
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent related professional experience
5+ years in a consulting, operations, audit, or technical program management role
CPA, CISA, CIA, or similar certification a plus
