We’re looking for a Senior Content Strategist who can deliver focused solutions grounded in best practice user experience principles.
In this role, you will be a key contributor in delivering smart, relevant B2B experiences within a large UX team dedicated to crafting global product experiences that unify user needs with business goals.

What You Will Do:
Work collaboratively with teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver vital experiences for our travel partners
Find opportunities for content strategy to drive improvements in vital user interfaces
Use content style guides and standards for the creation, curating and governance of original, licensed, and user-generated content for a range of optimizations
Ensure that project content meets standards of quality, measured in terms of usability, intuitiveness, persuasion and consistency
Assess content efforts for requests and help clarify deliverables
Conduct teardowns, industry reviews, and product innovations as they relate to your projects and deliverables
Who You Are:
A natural communicator, able to build, curate, edit and align information while also being a process-oriented systems thinker with a solid grounding in content organization
Experienced in writing and revising content, and sourcing and aggregating content
What You Bring:
A degree and 7+ years professional experience in a content strategy role, ideally in a B2B environment
Experience writing for a global audience
A love for experimentation and an ability to move quickly when required
Experience developing content solutions for large enterprise web sites or applications
Knowledge of mobile content strategy principles
A portfolio of quality content solutions in highly dynamic environments that includes the use of both structured and unstructured content
