Expedia Group is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Senior Director to join its Inclusion & Diversity team!
As part of the Expedia Group Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) team, this leader will support our efforts to elevate underrepresented voices and champion programs to enhance I&D for Expedia Group's employees, customers, partners and communities.
In this Senior Director role, you will develop I&D strategies focusing on talent attraction, to increase the volume of skilled applicants and hires from diverse, underrepresented backgrounds. Success will stem from the ability to partner and integrate I&D within our talent attraction capability and make a long-lasting positive impact.
What you’ll do:
Design, launch and scale an I&D talent sourcing and attraction strategy to better engage, support and hire from underrepresented communities.
Develop performance metrics and goals for diversity recruiting efforts. Track against these metrics and report to the organization, communicate program impact and identify further opportunities.
Collaborate closely with our I&D team, Global Talent Acquisition and Expedia Group leadership to connect the I&D recruiting program with overall talent acquisition, company I&D and business goals.
Lead, augment, and form new relationships with external partners and events that promote a diverse and inclusive pipeline of talent across levels and functions.
Collaborate on critical training and development programs for interviewers, hiring managers, and recruiters to ensure our recruiting approaches and processes are supporting candidates from all backgrounds for success.
Contribute to building and communicating Expedia Group’s employer brand as an organization that prioritizes diversity, equity and inclusion.
Who you are:
Deep talent sourcing experience, having built a capability which has successfully increased pipeline and hiring diversity at early career, mid-career and executive levels.
Breadth of I&D knowledge and proven ability crafting and delivering I&D programs.
Experience and understanding of I&D strategies to attract, engage, support and hire diverse groups of candidates.
Experience developing relationships with external partners and networks to advance corporate I&D initiatives.
Experience articulating a vision, translating it into executable strategy and strong program management ability to drive solutions across a global organization.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and external and internal trends into creative practices, to drive decision making and measure their success.
Led and delivered multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in an agile fast-evolving environment.
