We're looking for a capable, motivated Software Development Engineer II to join us in building a world-class conversation platform and customer focused software.
Own and deliver tested and optimized high-performance code for a distributed messaging environment
Participate in resolution of production issues and lead efforts toward solutions
Contribute to vigilantly rewriting, refactoring, and perfecting code
Co-ordinate and work effectively with TPMs, engineers of different technical backgrounds, architects, and product managers
Technologies we use: Java, AWS, Kafka, Node.js, React, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, S3, Lambda, Docker, Data Dog, Looker
2+ years of experience in Software development
Problem solver and an excellent coder with a good understanding of algorithms, data structures, distributed applications, and data modeling
Passionate about the quality of work, you are persistent and uncompromising
Experienced in solving distributed computing problems
You have worked on real time streaming, distributed messaging platforms and have helped operationalize them
