Egencia is seeking an experienced, results oriented Sr Technical Program Manager, Marketing who is curious, an outstanding collaborator, and facilitator. If you have experience managing digital/website technologies and development teams at a fast-paced B2B company or digital agency, Egencia wants you on our Digital Marketing team. This is a team of travel loving digital marketers and engineers managing a best in class website. In this role you will be at the forefront of bringing technology and business travel together on the Egencia.com website. You understand goals and define requirements in partnership with leadership, digital marketing and development teams and drive teams to desired outcomes. You're able to deliver creative solutions in a fast-paced agile development environment and possess strong project management skills to shepherd the results from definition to deployment.

How will this role support Egencia growth?
The Sr. Marketing TPM is a key counterpart to our head of digital strategy. With your technical and project management background you'll help translate business requirements into user stories that are clearly defined and properly phased for engineering teams to understand and to facilitate timely delivery of functionality. You’ll prioritize requirements and build sprint plans to speed delivery in our new Drupal environment. This role is critical to having better visibility into project sizing, development and delivery, ensuring that target dates are met, and we’re providing the best user experience possible.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with the digital leadership and engineering team to ensure they are fully engaged in strategic and project planning decisions and release roadmap
Collaborate with your digital team manager(s) and developers, documenting clearly defined requirements and user stories, accurately phased to facilitate timely delivery of functionality
Lead the development team with an understanding of the roadmap and priorities to enable a smooth agile development process and minimize blockers
Supervise the teams development velocity and facilitate the resolution of risks and blockers
Lead trade-offs between cost, schedule and user benefit; and provide technical direction and guidance
Understand technical capabilities of our Drupal CMS and drive functionality enhancements with recommendations for expansion on the current capabilities
Work with your Egencia engineering counterpart to ensure our production environment is stable, secure and optimized to deliver the highest level of site performance
Lead website QA, delivery and testing across multi-functional teams
Execute documentation and discussion of lessons learned and drive continuous improvement into all processes
Who You Are:
5+ years of technical program management experience at a B2B company or digital agency
Project management experience working with agile development teams in a really dynamic environment
High level of initiative, passion, and desire to craft extraordinary digital experiences for our prospects and customers
Experience collaborating on a cross-functional and cross-geography team
Ability to lead teams through issue resolution and risk management
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to communicate sophisticated concepts to team members
Deep understanding of web CMS, Drupal highly preferred, and B2B Martech tools, Marketo a plus
