Expedia Group Travel Partners Group (TPG) is responsible for building and developing relationships with hotels and properties throughout the world, to constantly align our product offering to our traveler’s demand. As a Director of Digital Optimization for Travel Partner Group, you will lead a team responsible for defining our digital strategy and the ongoing optimization of digital channels to drive engagement and retention of lodging partner base.
This position will be capable of operating in a matrix organization to gather intelligence, set quantifiable goals and orchestrate resources to optimize the performance of each digital channel. The role requires deep subject matter expertise in the tools and processes used to enable delivery at a global scale involving multiple target audiences and languages.

Who You Are:
6+ years of online marketing experience with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies, web design, digital media and analytics. 3+ years of B2B website optimization for branding and demand creation
Deep understanding of multiple digital channels (e.g. web properties, SEO, SEM, email and in app messaging) to dive engagement and conversion
Enjoy insight gathering and data analysis from multiple internal and external data sources
Proven track record of executing and managing change across multiple functional teams including technology, marketing and account management
What You Bring:
Demonstrated experience optimizing digital channels globally to drive deeper engagement and positive experiences
Strong forecasting, tracking and reporting of digital channel performance
Strong written communication and storytelling
Outstanding project management skills with a bias toward action
Experience working with and successfully collaborating with digital agencies
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or communications, and advertising
What You Will Do:
Drive and coordinate the integration of digital strategy across all channels globally
Define a primary set of digital key performance indicators (KPIs), and partner with our analytics and revenue management (ARM) team to manage a dashboard reflecting progress toward each KPI
Collaborate with and advise other functions (e.g. product marketing, public relations, campaign management, partner success) to define the nature of, and desired outcomes from, digital experiences for lodging partners
Oversee the digital team and collaborate with campaign managers to optimize for higher engagement and for conversion by defining test plans
