Senior Technical Program Manager
Looking to join Consumer Payments team for the role of Sr. Technical Program Manager at the forefront of travel technology development? Expedia's Global Payments team (EGP) powers 40 payment Methods in 86 currencies, across 215 countries for 21 Expedia Group brands with +200K suppliers. EGP technology and Operations handles +$60B billions of dollars of payments annually. This role provides opportunity to be part of delivering solutions using cutting edge technology for exponentially growing e-Commerce and Payments Domain.
What you'll do:
You will enable team for agile delivery and quicker time to Market, cross collaborating with several teams across Expedia Group
Support multiple initiatives that include onboarding Brands and Partners to Payments System, Global expansion of Payment Methods, building a scalable payments platform, optimizing a cost stream of hundreds of millions of dollars
Own End to End Delivery of Epics and Features for multiple Payment Programs
Work closely with Product Management in defining the MVP (scope prioritization) and developing a cohesive schedule/plans across the company to delivery on your programs
Be the point of communication for your program's status from executives to engineers
Work closely with the development leads to ensure features are delivered
Ensure our Program Management process is followed and improved
Who you are:
7+ years of hands-on Technical Program Management experience leading large, cross-organizational programs
Seasoned in use case analysis, conducting JAD sessions, process mapping and decomposing Epics into Features and Technical Stories
Responsible for scope prioritization, building schedules and translating the Business Requirements into Engineering Consumable One Pager Specs
Superb communication, influencing and relationship building skills, with enterprise level experience of working with senior management
Background in Service Oriented Architecture implementation along with technical program delivery experience
Self-motivated, able to deal with ambiguity in scope, and has skills to build high level solutioning
High degree of proficiency within all phases of Software Development Process
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
