An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Egencia Global Controllership team! Reporting to the Cash Allocations Supervisor, you will identify and manually post payments in multiple currencies using multiple payment systems as required for our AR partners. This includes processing payment failures, identifying and preparing refunds and working with our Treasury team in the evaluation of new bank accounts and receipt methods.  The Cash Allocations team members are challenged to innovate new ways to drive results and achieve positive business impacts.

What you will do:

Manual receipt postings represent about 75% of the total AR bank deposits but require someone that has high attention to detail to effectively apply payments.
  • Refunding payments to partners requires evaluating the necessity of the refund and working with various departments to complete the necessary refund information as well as ensuring that the end to end experience for the partner is positive and quickly resolved.
  • As the first point of contact for payment failures, Cash Allocations evaluates return reasons to determine if the return requires internal correction or if we need to contact our partner.
  • In processing Direct Debit, you will provide pre-notification to clients and process receipts via Oracle and/or banking systems.
  • As a part of the accounts receivable remit, support the setup of clients on Direct Debit.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
