How comfortable are you at 30,000 feet? What about right down here, in the weeds?

If you’re one of the rare humans who’s in love with both places (and doesn’t get altitude sickness going from one to the other quickly), come talk to us!

We are redefining Customer Care for the travel industry, and need smart, strategic thinkers who are also extraordinary implementers. Conversation Platform & Customer Engagement (CPCE) provides the traveler and agent experiences that power over 100 million interactions in 22 languages each year. Our teams are creating consumer-facing solutions built on cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, so that travelers can help themselves.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key projects used by all of our Partners to build, configure and customize customer interactions with our platform. You are a creative leader who is collaborative and ready to deliver a strategically important area of our vision. You have a passion for delivering solutions in a fast-paced agile environment. An ability to build and maintain relationships with partners is world-class, as is your ability to communicate effectively with everyone.

Join us! Help define the next generation of Conversational Experiences that will transform customer interaction in travel across mobile, web, and voice. Collaborate with groups across the company including Expedia.com, Hotels.com, VRBO, and our Partner Solutions teams to fulfill this promise.

What you'll do

  • Guide product definition through every stage of the agile software development lifecycle by collaborating with multiple partners.
  • Build business cases using competitive analysis, market and customer research.
  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to create solutions that satisfy customer experience, business, and technology goals.
  • Facilitate decision making, propose alternative solutions, and help identify gaps.
  • Help with prioritization activities including management of trade-offs between cost, schedule, and customer benefit.
  • Define product success and work to drive customer adoption.

Who you are

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or program management in software companies.
  • Strong customer focus with experience designing solutions with a team.
  • Strong analytical mentality, specifically demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills with sophisticated data sets.
  • Detail oriented, yet able to look at a wide array of choices & identify what truly matters.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • High energy and a positive outlook with the passion to make things better at every opportunity.
