Regional Account Manager - Strategic

Have you got a background in commercial account management within the B2B sector, and looking to make an impact at a ground-breaking tech company, powered by the world’s largest online travel platform?As a Regional Account Manager for Egencia you will be building and maintaining relationships with our customers! Egencia may be known as the corporate business travel arm of the Expedia Group, but behind the scenes, life couldn’t be less corporate. What you’ll do:

  • You will be responsible regionally to grow and retain Egencia's largest accounts and strategic partnerships by ensuring overall client satisfaction with Egencia offerings
  • You will act as regional stakeholder to the Egencia Global Account Manager in place, supporting projects delivering regional business reviews as required with the ability to influence teams and clients to achieve the goals and deliverables set globally
  • Ability to apply regional industry knowledge and market trends to business environment and how they may impact business needs and travel solutions

Who you are-You'll fit if you have

  • Fluent in English written and spoken, to business level
  • Commercial B2B account / portfolio management experience, with a value of £5m upwards, with emphasis on managing volume
  • You have preferably come from a travel, technology or SaaS background; You possess experience of working on accounts that have a global element within multiple POS
  • You possess strong communication skills: abilities to include conveying, receiving and interpret ideas and information, influence partner decisions and presents information appropriately to a wide and diverse range of audience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with peers across multiple markets and/or regional geographies
