What you will do/role & responsibility:

  • You will ensure operational workload for your team, to include distributing daily tasks
  • Be the technical support to collectors; Review the first level of critical issues coming in from the team and internal/external partners
  • You will provide reporting to your Supervisor to improve performance 
  • Look at invoices before they hit the 90+days, and deep dive into the aging to look for areas of improvement
  • Consolidate process improvement issues and redirect to your Supervisor
  • You will also spend a portion of your time doing Daily Collection activities (inbound/outbound calls, case management, etc.)
