Reporting to the Director of Business Partnering, this role sits within the EPS FP&A and Business Partnering Team. At EPS Finance we deliver high quality reporting and analysis to the business leaders on financial performance. This role will be responsible for managing the reporting, analysis and forecasting of key P&L overheads drivers to support effective decision making; involving interacting at all levels of the business, including EPS Leadership Team, to help drive the business forward, articulate the drivers of actual and forecast variances in a simple and compelling way, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
