Senior Commercialization Programs Manager

What You Will Do:

As part of the Offer & Pricing Management team, you are chartered with creating value for our customers and for Egencia by implementing new – and optimizing existing – commercial offerings and monetization models. You will act as a center of excellence for offer and pricing launches. You will operationalize and oversee the implementation of all new offers and pricing changes, coordinating the delivery of launch.

This is a highly collaborative role. You will work ​cross-functionally to launch new offer, pricing, and commercialization models.

  • Oversee implementation of all new offers through commercialization engines (rate cards, quoting/pro forma, deal desk, invoicing). Coordinate and execute launch across all GTM function (marketing, sales, legal, finance, etc.)
  • Create packaging/pricing enablement materials for sales teams. Deliver packaging training as needed within the organization, including sales enablement, account management, and customers support
  • Orchestrate the management and monitor the performance and compliance of offer and pricing launches and changes, identifying key challenges, and areas of opportunity to improve performance / compliance
  • You will socialize status, key milestones, and risks of offer and pricing launch/changes to key partners, escalating project blockers to ensure project quality and timeliness
  • Distill marketplace feedback (sales, account management, competitors) into pricing and offering implications and recommendations
  • Regularly review and evaluate opportunities to improve processes and project management best practices to drive efficiencies
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our customers and how they use Egencia products and services
  • Network throughout the organization and build relationships with those functions that interact with Offer & Pricing (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Finance)

What You Bring:

  • 5 - 8 years of related experience preferred, Project Management professional certification a plus
  • Proven project leadership experience
  • Ability to lead multiple large-scale projects
  • Ability to work in a globally distributed, cross-functional environment
  • Strong influencing and relationship building skills; ability to motivate and influence people to achieve planned results.
  • Skilled in finding new ways to improve strategies and processes
  • Ability to identify risks before they occur and to develop mitigation and avoidance strategies
