AMER Renewal Manager

As the new AMER Renewal Manager, based in Chicago or Seattle, you are responsible for optimizing the financial and commercial deal structure.

Inside the Customer Success organization, you will be part of the Renewal team which supports the Egencia client facing population throughout the customer renewal cycle.

This role represents an exciting opportunity to join Egencia, the fast-growing leader in the B2B travel space.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform competitive offer analysis vis-a-vis existing Egencia commercial contract structure
  • Support the Renewals team in producing client deliverables to improve profitability of renewing accounts
  • Help to develop, test and implement deal modeling to best support client renewal opportunities across the Egencia multinational/global accounts portfolio

Who you are:

  • 6-7 years work experience in a B2B environment
  • You bring excellent interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building skills
  • Your experience in the travel industry is preferred, ideally in the business travel segment as this will allow you to analyze and design the commercial value added of renewing contracts for our customers and Egencia
  • You have an advanced degree (post graduate – Masters) in a quantitative field or sufficient related relevant experience
  • Good understanding of financial aspects such as client's PL or customers drivers profitability
  • Ideally you have experience with SalesForce and Tableau as this would be considered as an advantage
  • You feel at home in an international and multi-cultural environment
  • Fluent in English
