We find the right solution to fit the marine travelers complex travel needs, find cost‐effective flight alternatives. We provide best in class service and technology, that will help ensure the marine travelers arrive safely and on‐time to their destination.

We are looking for Marine Travel Consultants to support and assist our clients with planning all details of travel, including arranging and or booking air, rail, hotel, car reservations both domestically and internationally. You will be joining a Global team that is passionate about providing great service to our marine clients, to achieve and exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide best in class customer service and create the WOW experiences to turn our clients into our loyal brand ambassadors
  • Handle all inbound calls/emails in the highest level of professionalism and efficiency
  • Create bookings and issue tickets, both international and domestic routes for Marine clients in Amadeus and Sabre GDS. This also includes, air, hotel, rail and ground transportation.
  • Additional responsibilities may include voiding, refunding and ticket re-issuance.
  • Adhere to company service guidelines, promote and sell corporate-contracts and preferred suppliers
  • Participate in the training and development programs provided by the company
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to develop and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
  • Any adhoc initiatives as assigned by leaders

Who You are

You’d be great for the role if you have the following:

  • Real passion for delivering great customer service
  • Business level English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marine Travel, with booking and ticketing skills on Amadeus and Sabre GDS
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of international pricing rules, exchange transactions and procedures.
  • Strong International routing knowledge and well versed in world geography
  • Flexibility to work and help out with different shifts when needed.
  • Positive attitude and a great teammate
  • Prioritize, multi-task, and strong time management skills
