The Global Supply Operations team is responsible for onboarding and maintaining car rental inventory to the highest quality and ensuring that operational excellence drives a great customer experience.

To join our growing team, we are looking for a curious, data-driven and analytical person. Your part is instrumental in ensuring our operations’ scale whilst the company expands globally and your work will help us to continuously improve delivering higher quality to our customers.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring all car rental information. Your role will include the following responsibilities.

  • You assure complete coverage for all supply on our sites and marketing partner sites as well as conduct frequent audits to assure all data is current and accurate
  • You actively improve data quality and manage data to assure the best customer experience and supplier relation
  • You maintain all existing suppliers' data including rate, fleet and station updates
  • You coordinate with our engineering teams for development work and systematic testing
  • You coordinate with suppliers and account managers to capture required details from suppliers including rates, fleet, stations, terms and conditions as well as XML connection configurations

  • Demonstrate good problem solving ability and use of data analysis to make sound business decisions
  • Deliver quality work with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse group as well as being highly self-motivated and independently capable
  • Ability to multi-task, thrive in a dynamic environment, succeed under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Focused on results and seeing projects through to completion

Who You Are

  • English is a mandatory requirement
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Comfort with SQL and/or Tableau is a plus
  • Experience in the travel trade and/or ecommerce is favourable
