Global Product Manager III, Fintech | London

We are looking for an experienced Finance Product Manager to join our team and lead our efforts to build products and support our ever-growing business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a large, complex financial system transformation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of internal and external partner needs in crafting the product vision.
  • Act as the Product Owner in a fast-paced agile team and establish the product roadmap, product scenarios, user stories, and backlog for your products in partnership with your development team.
  • Engage and collaborate across the EPS Product, Finance, Technology, Analytics, Data, Sales, Support, and other Expedia teams to redesign a finance system in alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Present to and unify senior leadership around the product vision.
  • Work as a part of a highly collaborative multifunctional team to lead all aspects of the planning, development and launch throughout the system transformation.
  • Reimagine process without being bound to legacy systems or processes.

Who You Are:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and become an expert across our business.
  • A track record of innovation: you love creativity and have delivered innovative products in previous roles.
  • Understand and explain complex financial systems, processes, calculations, and requirements.
  • Enthusiasm and strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across the organization. Ability to push back or challenge business partners in the organization while maintaining great relationships.
  • Experience with large systems transformations and ability to simplify complex business processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can articulate a vision and improvise and communicate ideas/positions on an ad-hoc basis.
  • You enjoy working in a complex and changing environment across several time zones. You are a person energized by maintaining focus on key business goals and able to deliver on a plan with constrained resources.
  • Strong passion for customer interaction and desire to exceed what our customers demand of us.
  • Proven product management experience.
