We are looking for an outstanding candidate - a fearless hospitality technology enthusiast who will have full ownership to drive impact and execute strategic projects and methods across the Lodging Partner Services (LPS) group to help Technology Partners unleash the power of Rev+. This role will develop and execute the Rev+ strategy working alongside with identified Technology Partners. This is a ground floor opportunity to make an immediate impact and help shape the future of Rev+. We are looking for a self-starter that is collaborative, own end-to-end deliverables, identify and evaluate key opportunities & risks. This person will be fully responsible for identified initiatives, execution and monitor the business impact. 

This position requires to collaborate closely with line teams to deliver the technology initiatives (e.g.: Expedia Group engineering, lodging connectivity, product, portfolio marketing, analytics, business development and the go-to-market teams supporting Rev+ globally)


What You'll Do:

  • Lead the projects with 3rd-party technology companies (Technology Partners) that work with Rev+
  •  Be the internal point of contact for all things related to the live Rev+ projects with Technology Partners
  • Be the liaison between the Expedia Group Engineering teams and Technology Partners
  • Be an ambassador for Expedia Group & represent Expedia Group to Technology Partners 


 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Software Development, Hospitality, Marketing, Business or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience at a Hospitality/Travel Technology company 
  • You have experience working with tech teams and collaborating across different functions like product, engineering, UX and development teams
  • You have a high level understanding of technical specifications and architecture of an API, Web Service and Web Pages 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite including: Excel, Word, OneNote and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with different software development lifecycle models, including Agile, and experience with leading and collaborating with all functions within a project (analysis, design, test, implementation and acceptance)
  • Experience in turning complex business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications working closely with Product and the Tech team
  • Process oriented & organized with experience developing reporting, success metrics & tracking progress across multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to both top executive and operational teams 
  • Experience with application of hospitality technology industry standards (such as HEDNA, HTNG & OTA)
