Wat gaat u doen?

Na een training van zes weken waarin u onze tools (waaronder Amadeus GDS), werkwijzen en bedrijfswaarden leert kennen, sluit u zich aan bij een team van 7 tot 10 corporate reisconsulenten.

U staat klanten telefonisch en per e-mail te woord en biedt een hoogwaardige en tijdige service voor al hun reisbehoeften.

  • U helpt onze klanten van begin tot eind met hun reserveringen (vluchten, treinen, hotels en huurauto's)
  • U ontwikkelt zich tot een expert op het gebied van zakenreizen en kan elke klant een persoonlijke service bieden
  • U biedt onze klanten in noodsituaties (stakingen, weersomstandigheden etc.) proactief snelle assistentie
  • U kunt aanvullende diensten aan onze klanten aanbevelen en verkopen

Wie bent u?

  • U beheert het Nederlands uitstekend in woord en geschrift en kunt op professioneel niveau in het Engels communiceren
  • U heeft uitstekende vaardigheden op het vlak van customer relations en communicatie
  • U leert snel en kan goed met IT omgaan
  • U heeft ervaring met boekingssystemen (GDS, boeken van vluchten, boeken van hotels etc.)
  • U bent een teamplayer
  • U kunt zich aanpassen aan en werken in een complexe, dynamische en multiculturele omgeving
  • U heeft ervaring in de toerismebranche of in een klantgerichte functie
  • U bent gek op reizen en wilt onze klanten de beste ervaringen bieden
  • U heeft bij voorkeur een diploma op het gebied van toerisme of customer relations

What you’ll do

Following a 6-week training period, during which you will learn about our tools (including Amadeus GDS), methods and company values, you will join a team of 7-10 Corporate Travel Consultants.

You will be in direct contact with our clients via phone and e-mail, providing a high-quality and timely service for all their Business Travel needs.

  • You will accompany our customers from A-Z in their reservations (flights, trains, hotels and car rentals)
  • You will become an expert in Business Travel, and will be able to provide a personalized service to each customer
  • You will be proactive in ensuring immediate assistance to our customers in emergencies (strikes, weather conditions etc.)
  • You will be able to suggest and sell additional services to our customers

Who you are

  • You have excellent written and spoken Dutch, and a professional level of fluency in English
  • You have excellent customer relation and communication skills
  • You are a quick learner, and have good IT skills
  • You are a team player
  • You are able to adapt to and work in a complex, dynamic and multicultural environment
  • You have experience in Tourism or in a customer-facing role
  • You are passionate about travel, and want to ensure the best experience for our clients
  • Preferably a degree in Tourism or in Customer Relations
  • Experience of booking systems (GDS, Air Booking, Hotel Booking etc.)
