We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager for our Marketing team. You are curious, a collaborator and a problem solver. In this high-impact role you will help to drive significant understanding of the business travel market, competitive analysis and enablement activities globally.

What you’ll do

As the Product Marketing lead for Competitive Intelligence, you will work closely with our marketing, product and sales teams to help everyone understand how Egencia’s offer solve customer problems as well as educate them about market competitors.  You will be responsible for competitive content, such as battle cards, competitive analysis tools, sales demo videos, scripts and representing Egencia at key trade shows and customer meetings.

  • Market intelligence gathering: Understand the competitive landscape and trends, including current and emerging business travel management companies, their sales motions, as well as marketing, product, go-to-market, and organisational strategies. It includes mining considerable amounts of data and data sources to extract information.
  • Competitive differentiation: Support development of differentiating products, messaging and services.
  • Competitive positioning: Create internal and external competitive messaging that explains Egencia’s unique benefits. It includes translating technical product features into business benefits.
  • Sales enablement & support: support sales team on how to differentiate Egencia from the competition, including video and webinar production, support Sales teams in competitive opportunities.
  • Marketing support: Help drive quick adoption of new products and capabilities by working closely with Marketing and Product Marketing to educate organisations on Egencia’s unique business values and capabilities
  • Win/Loss analysis: Determine win/loss reasons and make tactical and strategic recommendations to increase win rate.

Who you are

  • You have product marketing experience in a B2B technology, enterprise software or SaaS/Cloud organization
  • You have a keen interest and experience in market and competitive research and using this knowledge to provide cross functional knowledge and support to Product Marketing Managers, Product Management, strategy and marketing
  • Experienced in developing demos, webinars, videos, collateral
  • Business travel market knowledge is a plus, along with global experience and working with different teams across different time zones
  • You are an expert in product marketing and are ready to share and implement demonstrated practices on day one
  • You have a bias for action and an ability to define a vision and collaborate across an organization to develop and execute strategic, actionable and integrated plans
  • You have strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Data and insight are a key component to how you analyse problems and structure your decision-making
  • You are comfortable within dynamic environments
  • You have an insatiable curiosity for unravelling complexity and a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • You understand different working environments, value creativity and invest in individual growth
  • Obsessive about iteration, quality, clarity, details, & execution
  • A commitment to always improve, both in processes and quality of program execution is second nature to you
  • You have experience presenting to large groups, to technical audiences, to business audiences, to Executives
  • You hold a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
