Office manager / Training Co-ordinator

What you’ll do

This position will coordinate between Recruitment, Training and GCO Management (Global Customer Operations) for the onboarding of New Joiners.

  • You will liaise with candidates before their first day, ensuring that they have all the information they need;
  • You will organize accommodation and travel for training and nursery periods at localized training locations;
  • You will provide administrative support for the candidate onboarding process (including IT-setup, travel itineraries and office requests);
  • You will understand and identify localized differences in the onboarding process across Europe ;
  • You will, with your business partners, help to define a streamlined onboarding strategy to review with Senior GCO Leadership.

In this position you will also work closely with your local Service Delivery Manager for local office management.

  • Providing administrative support to your local Service Delivery Manager
  • Acting as support in the Office Management organization

Who you are

  • You have strong organizational skills, preferably having worked in an international environment;
  • You have a fluent level of English and speak another European language fluently (ideally local language if based outside of UK);
  • You have excellent IT skills;
  • You are analytically minded, and are interested in finding business solutions to existing processes;
  • You have excellent communication skills;
  • You are confident with presenting your ideas to members of the leadership team;
  • You are willing to travel to provide on-site support in onboarding processes;
  • You are open to, and ready to implement, process changes.
