Principal Product Role, Globalization-Localization
The Globalization Acceleration team’s vision is to enable Vrbo to ship global products that belong anywhere. The Globalization Acceleration product management team designs the flow and processes for the globalization and localization of our services.
Vrbo is looking for an experienced product manager who can act as a Globalization Manager for us and provide design and subject matter expertise to deliver a world ready service and grow the presence of Vrbo worldwide.
About Principal Product Manager, Globalization
As a Principal Product Manager you will be the single-threaded leader for a critical area of our Global customer experience. Being part of this cross-functional team, you will partner with stakeholders in each of Vrbo’s businesses, leaders across the company, our regional teams to deliver truly global product and real-world experiences using the Vrbo platform. Vrbo currently supports hosts and guests in 25+ languages and over 35 countries around the world, and we are expanding this support every day.
Projects will range from technical foundations, such as translation and localization APIs, to enabling locale enabling features such as international address and currency support, to foundational support like global navigation and user experiences that enable teams surface the most relevant and accessible experience for their users.
